OUR CODE OF ETHICS

1/ Every IDEM PER IDEM intervention is set out in a three-party contract involving:

  • THE CLIENT COMPANY, represented by an executive such as the HR director);
  • THE SERVICE PROVIDER, – IDEM PER IDEM, , represented by founder Elena Fourès
  • THE CLIENT, the person to be coached
2/ The client must be a willing participant in the coaching initiative. The company cannot compel the person to take part.
3/ Confidentiality. All content of coaching sessions is strictly confidential.
The coach ensures that no information whatsoever is communicated to the company or its representative. This goes for oral communication, written documents, and session notes, etc.
IDEM PER IDEM follows strict procedures to ensure the confidentiality of e-mail and postal mail, and all documents concerning a client are destroyed at mission end.
IDEM PER IDEM may not cite the names of clients, client companies, or company representatives for promotional purposes without the explicit written authorization of those concerned. All information revealed during coaching about the client company, its leaders, and the client is strictly confidential and may not be communicated to any third party or used in any way, shape, or form.
4/ In between scheduled coaching sessions, the client may contact the coach by telephone for any necessary feedback.
5/ The coach is fully aware of his/her role and position and will abstain from influencing the client in any way that is inappropriate. Coaching is aimed at revealing endogenous (from within) solutions for dealing with the client’s challenges, in contrast to advising, which depends on exogenous (from without) solutions. The client is consequently wholly responsible for his/her decisions.
6/ Supervision. All coaches are supervised while carrying out coaching missions.
