THE GENDER BALANCE MODULE

This coaching program ideally involves a large group of business managers and thus produces a strong development dynamic. Participants explore the issues of women’s leadership, men’s leadership, and gender balance.

AXES OF INTERVENTION

  • Group coaching along with reinforced personalized feedback.
  • Interactive exploration of real life business cases and practical applications of theories in small sub-groups
  • Role-play to respond to presentations by women and men “guest speakers”.

This module helps managers develop their sensitivity to a broad range of cultural and diversity issues (gender balance, parenting issues, social and cultural mix, physical handicaps, etc.).

AXES OF INTERVENTION

The guiding principles and fundamental references for the program are the concepts of cultural agility and transculturalness.
We will raise participants’ awareness of diversity issues and especially of biases that influence decision-making yet compromise principles of equality.
Our goal is to stir up assumptions and upset cultural stereotypes such to enable participants to grow.
