WOMEN’S LEADERSHIP ISSUES
Because we are aware of the realities of the business world, we have developed a program that addresses the specific needs of women executives and women advancing toward leadership positions
This learning module fosters endogenous, lasting development that strengthens the leadership skills of women executives and boosts their ability to successfully wield power and build on their skills and experience.
AXES OF INTERVENTION
Women executives address the issue of Women’s Leadership in a co-development group of 10-12 women of equivalent rank.
They meet once a month to explore theories on women’s leadership and consider their real life applications as well as to take part in mini-workshops, watch films, and attend lectures by in-house and external guest speakers.
Co-development group sessions are extremely rich and remarkably stimulating. They boost positive action and help women to create strong networks.
