IDEM PER IDEM certification

Certification is delivered following a practical coaching examination and completion of a fifty page minimum paper on a subject of the candidate’s choice that has been supervised by a member of the pedagogical team.

The paper is intended to ensure that methodological learning has been fully integrated.

Progress from being a practitioner to being a master practitioner To become a master practitioner , a practicing coach must spend a year at the IDEM PER IDEM coaching school. Becoming a master practitioner means deliberately seeking out excellence, exceptional know-how, and unique and thorough training that focus on both the technical and the human.
