Becoming an Executive Coach
Perfect your use of tools and processes and learn to maximize their effectiveness. For example:
- Reach the unexpressed depth of your client’s thoughts and reveal latent goals.
- Use intuition, the right side of your brain, to address profound issues.
- Create and apply your own coaching tools.
- Coach without any support tools, when you have fully integrated their essence.
When you have mastered all of these coaching methods, you will be able to act as a catalyst for change for managers, teams, and organizations.
Your intervention will appear effortless, smooth, and natural.
Learn to maintain your energy level no matter how many coaching sessions you lead.
