The Coaching Process
Developed by our own R&D efforts, our coaching methods are constantly evolving. We offer far-reaching methods that respond today to the needs of tomorrow’s business leaders.
There are five stages in the coaching process:
Stage I Feasibility
A decisive pre-coaching phase when coach and coachee define their mutual commitment
- Choose the coach whose professional qualities best meet your expectations and with whom you feel motivated to build a strong, trust-based relationship.
- We will assess the feasibility of your goals, for when we take on your challenge, we guarantee a successful outcome.

Stage II Assessment of current situation and objective validation
Coaching begins in accordance with pre-defined guidelines.
1. Three-part assessment of current situation
- Existing state of affairs
- Projects and objectives
- Resource audit

2. Objective confirmation
By the end of this phase, goals and means will have been clearly identified.
Stage III Intervention
A work-intensive, extremely prolific period, that is nevertheless as short in length as possible. While respecting your work pace, we do our utmost to help you to reach your goals quickly.
Stage IV Validation
Results are assessed. Your goals have been attained.
Stage V Stabilization
We will accompany you into the field to definitively stabilize your achievements. You will continue to train to generate lasting progress and develop new reflexes.
