Eléna Fourès

Born and educated in Soviet Russia, international executive coach, Eléna Fourès has 24 years’ experience on 3 continents, including 15 years in Europe. She coaches in five languages and is a renowned specialist in leadership development.
Elena has collaborated with the corporate universities of large multi-national firms, and she works with the French national business association’s (MEDEF) leadership clubs (APM Clubs). In addition, she supervises senior coach training.
She is co-founder of IDEM PER IDEM and the PROGRESSOR coaching school.
She is the author of several articles and books including, Comment Coacher (How to Coach) and Petit Traité des Abus Ordinaires (A Short Treaty on Ordinary Coaching Misuse) and co-author of Pénalement Responsible (Criminally Responsible), all of which were published in 2003-2004 by Editions d’Organisation.

Pierre Fourès

Pierre Fourès has thirty-five years’ experience as an international consultant. He is an expert in organizational restructuring as well as in leadership and organizational transformation.
He has worked with eminent leaders in France, Germany, the United States, Africa, and the Middle East in both public and private sectors. From 1983 to 1988, he was a member of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) in Washington, D.C. During this time, he personally advised and coached two presidents and numerous finance ministers.
Multi-lingual and multi-cultural, Pierre is co-author of Pénalement Responsable (Criminally Responsible) and has written a new book on transforming corporate culture, one of his preferred topics. “Changer la Culture, Cultiver le Changement. Guide du Pouvoir durable” (Changing Culture, Cultivating Change, a guide to creating sustainable power (Editions d’Organisation, 2006).

With 25 years of experience in the area of management of men and information systems, Edith Biron has managed strategic projects in the financial services sector, incorporating managerial and organizational visions as well as information systems.
She works as an assitant to Executive Management in the context of transformation projects: mergers - acquisitions, and supports the implementation of strategic plans.
